Encon Associates attend BREEAM AP Meeting at Sheffield Hallam University
Encon Associates are currently working in partnership with Houlton Construction on the Sheffield Hallam University STEM Project, designed by Watson batty Architects.
Today we attended the BREEAM AP Sheffield Hallam University, in which are the BREEAM Assessors for. The attendance included Sheffield Hallam Uni, Houlton's and ourselves. This redevelopment will provide the students and staff with an excellent learning space. The new Atrium linking the buildings allows for a brilliant learning environment and much more, such as galleries, social learning, extra labs, etc.
BREEAM Very Good target
Encon Associates are utilising their expertise as BREEAM Assessors and BREEAM AP to ensure maximum credits can be achieved, to reach the target of BREEAM Very Good.
