BREEAM – Sheffield Hallam University STEM Project
Update from Encon Associates on their role as BREEAM Assessors at the Sheffield Hallam University project
Encon Associates are currently working in partnership with Houlton Construction on the Sheffield Hallam University STEM Project.
Following the initial design development and planning approval undertaken by Watson batty Architects, Houlton have been busy on site getting things done.
On completion, this redevelopment will provide the students and staff with an excellent learning space. The new Atrium linking the buildings allows for a brilliant learning environment and much more, such as galleries, social learning, extra labs, etc.
BREEAM Very Good
With a BREEAM Very Good required, Encon Associates are utilising their expertise as BREEAM Assessors and BREEAM AP to ensure maximum credits can be achieved, to reach the target.
