Encon Associates is delighted to have been involved in the Fusion Point One project which won the Wales Property Award for Fit Out/Refurbishment of the year 2021.
Encon Associates provided multiple services on this project including – BREEAM Assessor, Sustainability Champion, Ecology Consultancy, Travel Plan Consultancy and Sustainability support to the main contractor Paramount. The development achieved a BREAM Very Good rating overall with exceptional energy efficiency and BREEAM performance thanks to the expertise of Evora Edge as M and E Consultants.
