The planning application for 40 Shelt Hill was submitted 19th December with a determination date of the 14th February, Valentine Day no less!

Parish Council Meeting

The application was heard at the recent Woodborough Parish Council meeting, held at Woodborough Village Hall 10th January 2017, with several members of the public in attendance, including Encon Associates Director and applicant Glenn Miles. Glenn Miles was allowed to open the public consultation explaining the design of the building and clarifying several design queries before the meeting was handed back to the council and consultation being closed to the public.

No Objections

The application was discussed by the council at length and comments were very positive including a great deal of support for the scheme. Several members of the Parish Council went as far as to say ‘Such a beautiful building should be built without objection’. The outcome of the meeting was a unanimous backing of the project, with no objections being heard.

The next planning update is due 14/02/17, once more information is confirmed, update 3 will follow.
