After going through a rigorous process with The Chartered Institute of Building to demonstrate our professionalism and integrity in the Construction Industry, Encon Associates have become a Chartered Building Consultancy.  

About Us

We are a Chartered multi-disciplinary consultancy providing sustainability, and environmental consultancy to the construction industry including environmental assessment services such as BREEAM, HQM and other design, construction and planning related services. Encon Associates were established in 2008 and have grown an enviable reputation in the sustainability sector providing comprehensive solutions to our client base.

Chartered Status

Organisations Chartered with CIOB are independently assessed and regularly audited. We have successfully demonstrated that we:

• Are competently and professionally run
• Operate to high business and ethical standards
• Are committed to developing a fully qualified workforce
• Have 50% of board directors who are already Chartered, either with CIOB or other built environment organisations
