CityPark 1
Encon Associates were commissioned to carry out consultancy to demonstrate the construction performance levels against BREEAM standards for CityPark 1, a development consisting of a four-storey office development with car parking spaces located at ground level and within an underground car park.
The modern office building has a glazed façade modulated with distinctive horizontal banding at floor levels and vertical fins. The development was constructed over four floors with basement and grade car parking and roof mounted ventilation, boiler and heat rejection plant.
Contribution to BREEAM Achieved 56.4% – BREEAM Very Good
