After a thorough assessment, the DP World warehouse project achieved Contribution to BREEAM 88.6% – Industrial New Construction (Fully Fitted) BREEAM Outstanding.
This project involved the construction of a brand new warehouse spanning 364,062 sq.ft., complemented by a 14,700 sq. ft. operational mezzanine and two adjoining office areas totalling 15,253 sq.ft., with plant space above.
The warehouse features several internal dock levellers, each with its own external shelter unit, and includes five level access doors for efficient operations.
