Grade A office accommodation
The Great George Street building is an existing office building being fully refurbished at an estimated cost of £6million to provide up to date and flexible office accommodation for high profile clients such as Jones Lang Lasalle. The great George Street offices once complete will provide Grade A office accommodation of over 5000m² over six floors including a large open atrium.
Encon Associates Environmental Consultants worked closely to ensure that the building is refurbished to a high level of sustainability, with the aim to meet a BREEAM Very Good level.

Key Environmental Facts: A high level of Energy Efficiency is predicted with a large improvement over the existing office accommodation. A full replacement of the HVAC is being completed ensuring more energy efficient heating and cooling in addition smart energy efficient lighting.
