Neyland School
Encon Associates were commissioned by Pembrokeshire County Council to carry out a Daylight calculation and a LZC report to determine daylight factors, and to establish the most appropriate LZC energy source in accordance with ENE 5 of BREEAM Education 2008.

Neyland School was proposed to be constructed in Neyland, Pembrokeshire, SA73 1TG. The new school was to be built on the existing schools playing fields. As a condition of the funding arrangements, the new school was to be built to higher environmental standards than were currently required by the planning system. It was therefore the aim to achieve a BREEAM “excellent” rating.
